Frequently asked questions
When does a plan become active?
Your 1-month usage period starts immediately after payment. Paying for the same plan again during the active period extends it by 1 month from the current end date, and you can check the next billing reference date in My Page.
How does the Free plan session allowance work?
You receive 30 free session-hosting credits and 30 free basic-participation credits when you sign up. Once depleted, 3 hosting credits and 3 participation credits are recharged on the 1st of each month. Canceled sessions do not restore the count.
Do Pro free participations apply to Premium sessions?
They apply only to the base KRW 5,000 session fee. Any amount above KRW 5,000 for Premium sessions must be paid separately by all users.
Can I change plans?
You can switch between Pro host and Pro participant from My Page. Downgrading from Pro to Free applies after the current month ends.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available within 7 days of payment if the plan has not been used. Refunds may be limited if you have hosted sessions.
