Refund Policy

This page summarizes the refund criteria for SLRP session participation fees, subscription plans, and Premium session settlement. Detailed criteria follow the Terms of Service, pricing policy, and session type.
Session Participation Fee Refunds
- Session participation fee payments are processed through Tosspayments.
- After payment is completed, a refund may be requested until the session begins. Refund criteria follow the Service policy and the session type.
- If a session is cancelled, participants may receive a full refund.
Subscription Plan Refunds
- Subscription plans are valid for one month from the payment date.
- A full refund is available within 7 days of the payment date if the plan has not been used.
- Refunds may be limited if plan benefits have been used, including hosting sessions or joining basic sessions for free.
- When a Pro plan is cancelled, the current plan remains active until the end of that month and is not downgraded immediately.
Premium Sessions and Settlement
- The basic KRW 5,000 session fee accrues entirely to SLRP, and no host settlement arises for standard basic sessions.
- For Premium sessions, only the amount exceeding KRW 5,000 is treated as potentially eligible for host settlement.
- Settlement eligibility and payout timing are finalized after reflecting cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and disputes.
